Position Scope: Inerjy is seeking an engineering professional to become a member of our highly skilled Engineering team. The right candidate must have successful complex mechanical design CAD/CAM/CAE experience coupled with strong skills in project management and must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities: Provide, as principal contributor, the architecture and overall design of sub-systems used in electrical power generation products. Translate general, possibly vague, product requirements into definition, architecture and design for complex systems. Participate in definition, scope, subsystem breakdown, preparation of specifications and project scheduling. Exercise judgment within broadly-defined guidelines in recommending and selecting methods and techniques for complex projects. Candidate must be proficient in theoretical and practical aspects of mechanical, electrical, and sub-system development, as well as architecture, design, specification, implementation and testing.

Employment Listing: CNC Machinist Team Leader
Position Scope: Inerjy is looking for a Team Leader to guide, mentor, and contribute to the highly skilled CNC Machinist team. The right candidate must be successful in focusing the team toward meeting production goals, performing inline inspection of all their work, as well as machine setups within the department. The right candidate will also guide the CNC Machinist team in their daily responsibilities. We are searching for an individual who will have a strong commitment to excellence and desire to help set and achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for:
1) Lead small sub-teams and contribute to shop output; report to the General Manager.
2) Ensure ERP transactions are accurate and timely
3) Assist Production Scheduler to prioritize, assign, and monitor Work Orders within the shop.
4) Instruct and mentor an interdisciplinary team.
5) Utilize critical thinking skills and motivate the Machine Shop group to accomplish goals.
6) Identify quality and process issues; resolving them and effectively solving any associate relations matters.
7) Update and communicate Departmental Metrics (i.e. Machine Utilization, Machine Up-Time, Yield, etc.)
